I am a girl but I want to be a guy. Little help please?

I am 14 years old and have wanted to be a guy since I was little. I don't really want the parts but I would like to be known and seen as a guy. There are people out here still with their original parts but are the opposite of what they are now. I want to be like that. But the problem is I am not sure how. My mom gets pissed at me when I talk about it and she won't listen. I can dress all guy like and if I have to get the surgery I will but I would rather not. Then, there is the major obvious factor about most girls. I have a big chest. I have no clue how to get rid of them or hide them other then getting them surgically removed and my mom won't let me do that. This whole problem is tearing me apart! I just want to be a guy!
