Is it soon to have surgical abortion?

ultrasound says I'm 5 week pregnant, I'm 23 year old and a week a go i tried medical abortion ( 2 shots of prostaglandin F2alpha) but nothing really happened and now, I was wondering if can I do this surgically at this time?
