I WAS TOLD I CAN DEFINATELY RECEIVE A LOAN AFTER MY UPFRONT FEE DONT KNOW IF THIS IS TRUE?

they explained to me they couldnt keep my admin fee without sorting out the loan as it would be mis-selling and i would be able to sue them is this true am worried about lossing my money then not gettin a loan
