I'm 16 and have a very bad wrinkle on one side of my face. Could it be my underbite causing this?

Or just my general jaw deformity? Im getting it fixed surgically next year. Do you suppose the position of my jaw could be sinking the skin on one side of my face, because not only that but the side i would say looks a bit different than the other.
