I need help picking out a color for my faux fireplace and mirror. Help with color coordination someone please?

white is always good or even a white wash with distressed look. I really can't say without knowing the decor of the room. But with just that color in mind i think a nice stormy blue would look awesome (or possibly a charlcoal blue). If you don't like blue then maybe consider a maroon or if you really want it to pop paint it a pastel green.
