Imagine conjoined twins, connected at the head......one commits a crime.....Do both go to prison?

Might be possible that both can be sentenced as a single person, however depending on the nature of the crime, sentencing may include home incarceration by way of an ankle bracelet. I do not think any single conjoined twin would be unable to stop the other from commiting a capital crime at any one time.
