Would you be put off if you found out that a potential partner/partner had plastic surgery?

I hate my nose, always have always will and am considering getting a nose job, but I'm worried about the future and whether guys would find it offputting that i had had work done :/ and i'm worried how i would come across...i don't want to seem fake and obsessed with my looks because i'm really not! i wear very little makeup and am not vain in the slightest...i've just always hated how masculine my nose is, to the point where i won't let people take photos of me and i avoid reflections where i can see my side profile....so i'm asking what would you think if you found out someone you liked had had something surgically altered, be it breast implants, nose jobs, facelifts, lipo, whatever! I'm really curious as to what people think.
