Dermal piercing delimma !! I dont know if i should keep them or not?? :(?

I just got my lower back pierced but not im having second thoughts! i love the piercings but i don't know if its worth it to wait for a year and for some reason i need to remove it it will have to be surgically or if i do it now the piercer can pop it out easily....i need advice. will the piercer remove it for free?
