What color highlights should i get?

I have DARK brown hair and i want red or light brown or blonde Highlights for back to school. I'm planing everything now so here's my plan: I will get contacts, get highlights, and I will have a modeling audition! Here's the problem what color highlights should I get and should i get regular contacts or colored contacts?!? Ps i have brown eyes!!!
