Is there any medical or surgical method to stop thinking about women?

Well, is there a way medically or surgically where I can stop being sexually attracted to women? I'm 24 and still haven't even kissed a girl yet so I just don't have the patience to handle women's shallowness and pickiness anymore. I mean if you aren't either rich, tall, muscular, or have sexy looks your chances with women are quite low and it takes a lot of frustration till you are able to find a woman. Whereas among women, no matter what shape, size, or color you are you will have number of guys lined up to go out with you. Anyways is there any way I can get a medical or surgical operation done on my brain or my penis to completely eliminate my attraction towards women? If so please tell me!
