Does anybody know of an oral surgeon that does a sliding pay scale? or anywhere to get assistance with that?

does anybody know of an oral surgeon that does a sliding pay scale??? or anywhere to get assistance with that??? i need all 4 of my wisdom teeth surgically removed like now and the cheapest place i can find is approx. $550 per tooth without general anesthesia.. and im gonna need knocked out for sure..lol
