How to change up my look for myself an the fellas ?

This coming August I will officially be a junior an i'm so ready to change up my look. Reason why are b/c since freshman year I've had braces :( So hopefully by Aug.2 my braces will be off :))) Can't wait! I use to have highlights but my hair grew out of them so now i'm back to my natural color. I'm almost 5'3 , light-skinned , with freckles. Anyways being older everybody follows everybody's style an I would really love to change it up in a very cute way. So please list ideas for outfits including shoes .. Something with vans an converse sandals, etc. I also would like to change my hair style up . So please list things an colors, highlights, cuts, etc.THANK YOU SO MUCH . BYE ! click for my picture.
