My friend always puts me down?

My friend is the person that thinks that she's always right so every time i say something wrong, she always laughs at me but in the hurtful way. She looks down on me and ask me if I am going to actually do anything with my life. She just makes me feel as if everything i said is stupid and useless. She always highlights my bad and anything i do wrong but not the other times when i've been there for her. Ever time i say something about my discomfort to her she always says that its a joke and just shut me out. Am I the one that's taking this too harsh or or is she actually a bad friend?
