Does my dog need to get loose teeth surgically removed?

My 7yr old Chihuahua hit her face on a step from jumping.... 3 teeth became lose, 1 fell out, I took her to vet nd he gave her antibiotics nd pain reliever.... he wants her to have a dental which is really expensive... I should have asked but didn't, can I just let the other teeth fall out while continuing the meds or ?
