I found a 1942 penny where the '2' is stamped higher than the other numbers.?

The condition of the coin is very poor, but its clear that the numbers are mis-stamped. '19' is placed properly, 4 is slightly higher, and 2 is quite a bit higher than all the rest. Is this something that someone in the coin collecting business would want?
